Sunshade Doom local testing package

Complete corresponding source is included at doom-wasm-source.zip.
Build recipe is supplied with the Sunshade deployment package.
No engine C or header file is changed.

Complete original source: doom-workers-source.zip.
The original router/index.mjs has one runtime repair: declare the disconnect
callback's existing local index with let. A deployment-only wrapper resolves
the old relative Durable Object fetch URL and serves same-origin static files.
Packet headers, routing and game logic remain the original implementation.
The deployment adapter loads an independently mounted room-signing secret
through a private mode-0600 Wrangler vars file outside served assets. No key
is embedded in this source package or supplied in process arguments.
Frontend changes
configure this deployment origin, vendor two existing MIT UI dependencies,
remove the original analytics beacon and add navigation/notices.

AndrewTKent/doom-lobby b37a4e922aa85833cada7d39719537af76b988b7 was inspected
but is not used as the game runtime: its relay sends JSON to engine sockets,
while the unchanged engine expects binary frames. README/package.json say
GPL-2.0, but no full license file is included and its lockfile says ISC.

Game data is separate from this code image. The testing WAD is the unchanged
Doom 1.9 shareware IWAD, 4,196,020 bytes, MD5 f0cefca49926d00903cf57551d901abe.
The original complete shareware archive and README are included under
shareware/. DOOMS_19.DAT labels it SHAREWARE VERSION / PLEASE DISTRIBUTE!!!
Shareware levels are unchanged. The separately owner-supplied registered
DOOM.WAD and LICENSE.DOC remain private and are not in this package.
